    Before submitting this form, please review the information below. Submitting here is the official channel to process a refund with our team. This process ensures your request is documented, tracked, and verified for accuracy.

    • Refund requests are reviewed in the order received.
    • Typical processing time is 24–72 business hours, depending on case load.
    • If your request involves DS-160 corrections or appointment scheduling, partial refunds may apply depending on service stage at time of request.

    Many issues are resolved faster via Support without requiring a refund submission.

  • Refunds will be issued based on the cancellation reason, as follows:
     
    1. No Interview Fee Paid & No Appointment Scheduled
    Full refund of both the $165 service fee and any unpaid fee.
     
     2. Unawareness of Using an Agency

    When placing an order with UVA, you agree to have UVA act on your behalf to assist with your DS-I60 form and appointment scheduling. This is clearly stated during checkout and in all order confirmations.

    If you request a cancellation on the basis that you were unaware you were using an agency, we will in good faith refund $40 of the $165 service fee as a courtesy.
     
     3. No Slots Are Available
    If your appointment cannot be booked due to system restrictions (e.g., duplicate profile, ineligible application), you will receive a full refund.
     
    Additional Terms
    The service fee is $165. Refund amounts above are fixed.
    The Interview fee ($185/$205/$315 depending on non-immigrant category) is non-refundable once paid.
    Processing time: Up to 14 business days.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

    Refund submissions through this form are processed faster than bank chargebacks or disputes. Filing a bank dispute before this process is completed may delay resolution and can require additional verification by payment processors and government systems.

    After submission, you will receive an email acknowledgment confirming receipt. Please do not submit duplicate requests, as duplicates may extend review time.
