Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued based on the cancellation reason, as follows:

Mistake in Service Request: 35% refund of the service fee.

Failure to Provide Required Documents: 30% refund of the service fee.

Denied by the U.S. Visa Application System: 50% refund of the service fee.

Other (Specify): Determined on a case-by-case basis, up to 50% refund of the service fee.

Note:

The service fee is $165. Refund percentages are applied to this amount.

The MRV fee (USD 185/205/315, depending on the visa category) is NON-Refundable once paid.

If the MRV fee has not been paid, a full refund of both the service fee and the MRV fee will be issued upon cancellation.

Terms and Conditions
Refund requests must be submitted in writing, specifying the cancellation reason.

Processing time for refunds is up to 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
